Kapton polyimide dots 10 mm solder masking 1000 pieces per roll

Where an 8 mm dot does not fully cover a hole or a test pad, wave soldering pushes solder through at exactly that point. These amber polyimide dots of 10 mm diameter give the extra margin, take 300 °C short term and protect contact surfaces reliably.

Applications

Masking larger pads, test points, plated through holes and threaded holes before wave soldering, protecting contact surfaces during selective soldering and during conformal coating of assemblies.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Delivery comprises one roll with 1000 polyimide dots of 10 mm diameter on a 76 mm core. Smaller diameters of the same series are available separately.
