Soldering produces particles far below one micrometre that a prefilter can no longer hold. That job falls to the H14 particulate filter of the NFM H14 filter system, the last particle stage in the ULT units LAS 200 and ASD 200.

Applications

Scheduled filter replacement on LAS 200 solder fume extractors and ASD 200 extraction units in electronics manufacturing, rework and laboratory work. The change is due when the unit indicator responds or when volume flow at the capture point visibly drops.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

For the ULT series 200 only, specifically LAS 200 and ASD 200 with the NFM H14 filter system. One H14 particulate filter in its MDF shaft is supplied, prefilters are ordered separately.

The separation efficiency of class H14 is classified according to DIN EN 1822.
