In the HFM TH filter system of the ULT 300 series the M5 filter mat comes first in line. It takes up coarse dust and solder residue so that the bag filter and the final stage do not blind after a short running time.

Applications

Routine maintenance changes on 300 series extraction units in electronics manufacturing, soldering and bonding processes and laboratory work. In dust-intensive applications the mat is replaced far more often than the filter stages behind it.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

For the ULT bag filter units ASD 300 MD.14 TH, ASD 300 MD.16 TH and ASD 300 HD.13 TH as well as LAS 300 MD.14 THA9, LAS 300 MD.16 THA9 and LAS 300 HD.13 THA9. The MD versions run at 250 m³/h, the HD.13 at 200 m³/h. One M5 filter mat is supplied. The remaining stages of the filter set, F9 bag filter (ULT 4-00194) and H13 particulate filter (ULT 4-00067), plus the A9 adsorption filter cassette (ULT 4-00381) on the LAS 300 THA9, are ordered separately.
