Combination filter cassette H14A for LAS 200.1 - ULT 02.1.522

The H14A combination filter cassette is the main filter stage of the ULT LAS 200.1 laser fume extraction unit in filter build K. It combines an H14 HEPA filter to DIN EN 1822 with an activated carbon adsorption filter A and therefore separates fine particles and gaseous pollutants in a single cassette.

Position in the filter build

Filter build K of the LAS 200.1: stage 1 expanded metal prefilter 4-00301, a washable condensation filter, stage 2 prefilter set LAS K 4-00604 consisting of filter mat G rated ISO Coarse 85 % and panel filter F rated ISO ePM1 70 % to ISO 16890, stage 3 combination filter cassette H14A 4-00076. For filter build TK with a bag filter, ULT lists the H14A version with filter mat under 4-00080.

Applications

Main filter replacement in laser fume extraction for laser engraving, laser marking, laser structuring and laser cutting. The LAS 200.1 MD.20 delivers up to 320 m³/h at up to 9000 Pa of vacuum, with nominal operating points of 130 m³/h at 5000 Pa in high pressure mode and 230 m³/h at 1000 Pa in medium pressure mode. The unit signals particulate filter load optically at 80 % and 100 %.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Documented for the ULT LAS 200.1 MD.20 extraction unit in filter build K, delivered per piece. The ULT 160.1 series and the LRA 200.1 solder fume units use the H13A combination filter cassette instead, replacement filter numbers 4-00002 and 4-00075.
