Solder fume extractor 2 intake ports DN50, 80 m³/h at 1900 Pa, H13A - Weidinger WSA-5LR

Soldering releases flux vapour, solder particles and outgassing substances from boards and components. The WSA-5LR extraction unit separates that load in several stages and provides a nominal volume flow of 80 m³/h at 1900 Pa across two DN50 intake ports.

Applications

Extraction and filtration of solder fume, gases and vapours in non-explosive air mixtures at hand soldering, repair and test benches. Recirculation mode is not permitted for the extraction and filtration of carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as the WSA-5LR extraction unit with M5/F7 filter mat and H13A combination filter cassette. Extraction hoses connect to the two DN50 ports on the top. Changing the M5/F7 filter fleece combination regularly at shorter intervals significantly extends the service life of the main filter. Hoses, nozzles and replacement filters are ordered separately.
