Large SMD parts drain heat from the joint. If the contact area is too small, one end of the joint stays solid and the part tilts as it is lifted. With 22.1 mm blade width and 9 mm tip length, the T60TZ220 tweezer tip pair supplies enough contact area for these jobs while holding a steady 325-358 °C.
