Soldering tip bevelled 60° 1.78 mm T series - Thermaltronics TM60BV350

Bevelled tips are used where a flat contact face has to pick up solder and release it in a controlled way: cup terminals, cable lugs, stranded wire tinning and multi-pin connectors. The Thermaltronics TM60BV350 has a 60° bevelled front face 1.78 mm wide and reaches a working temperature of 325-358 °C through Curie point regulation, with no calibration and no temperature setting required.

Technical data

Applications

Tinning of stranded wire and cup contacts, soldering of D-Sub and circular connectors, cable assembly, repair of boards with larger pads. The angled face also works well for dressing solder bridges on through-hole components.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

T series soldering cartridge for the SHP-T hand piece and the Thermaltronics TMT-5000S-1 and TMT-5000S-2 soldering stations. One cartridge is supplied per order unit, hand piece and station are not included.
