Soldering tip chisel 30° 2.5 mm T series - Thermaltronics TM70CH175

Leaded components, ground pads and terminal blocks drain heat from the joint faster than a narrow tip can replace it. The TM70CH175 answers with a 2.5 mm chisel face and a slim 10 mm body, so the joint reaches wetting temperature in one pass without the tip fouling neighbouring parts.

Applications

Through-hole assembly, repair work on connectors and terminals, reflowing ground planes and larger SMD packages from 1206 upwards. Also a good choice for stranded wire terminations where a fine tip recovers too slowly.
