Soldering tip sharp bent 30°, 0.4 mm, T series - Thermaltronics TM80B325

When a pad sits between densely placed components and the joint is out of sight, the 30° bend keeps the hand piece at a flat angle while the 0.4 mm point still meets the pad head on. Cartridge TM80B325 belongs to the T series with a working range of 420-475 °C.

Applications

Rework on populated boards, soldering of QFP and SOIC leads, stranded and jumper wire, repairs where a straight tip would collide with a neighbouring part.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Fits the SHP-T hand piece and therefore the Thermaltronics TMT-5000S-1 and TMT-5000S-2 induction soldering stations. Delivery covers one cartridge, the heating element is built in and is replaced together with the tip.

The cartridge is RoHS compliant and lead-free, which makes it suitable for the usual SAC lead-free solder alloys.
