Soldering tip chisel 30° 0.6 mm micro fine series T - Thermaltronics TM80CH006

On fine pitch assemblies, where single pins on 0.5 mm centres are reworked or 0402 and 0603 chip parts are placed, the width of the chisel face decides the outcome. This Thermaltronics T series cartridge offers a 0.6 mm micro fine chisel and delivers heat right at the tip through inductive Curie point heating.

Applications

Repair and rework of fine pitch ICs, placing and exchanging small chip components, touching up single connector pins and prototype work in electronics manufacturing. Joints with more thermal mass are better served by a wider tip from the same series.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The cartridge belongs to the T series and fits the SHP-T hand piece used with the TMT-5000S-1 and TMT-5000S-2 soldering stations. Delivery comprises one TM80CH006 cartridge, individually packed.
