An extraction position should be ready to use without assembling single components. The Zero Smog TL kit supplies the portable extraction unit together with a separately exchangeable F7 fine dust pre-filter and the compact filter, rated for up to two workstations and up to 190 m³/h.

Applications

Hand soldering, rework and repair in electronics manufacturing as well as bonding and dispensing tasks that release fine dust and gases. The portable design allows the unit to be moved between positions or run space-saving under the workbench.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The set contains the Zero Smog TL extraction unit with EC gas blower, the F7 fine dust pre-filter and the compact filter. Extraction arms and funnel nozzles with Easy-Click connection are available separately, and a WT Hub is required to link the unit to a WX or WT station. Consumables are the F7 pre-filter and the compact filter of the Zero Smog TL series.
