Fine dust extraction unit DustPro 250, 180 m³/h at 30 mbar, 230 V - Donaldson Bofa 30351542-1609

Dry fine dust from mechanical machining loads both the operator and the machine control. The DustPro 250 captures that dust at source and cleans the air in two stages before returning it at an air flow of 180 m³/h at 30 mbar.

Applications

Capture of fine dust during milling, mechanical engraving, grinding and turning on machine tools, small CNC systems and manual workstations. Suitable for prototype shops, dental technology, jewellery and model making as well as electronics production wherever dry particles have to be removed close to the process.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Delivery comprises the DustPro 250 extraction unit with bag filter and HEPA filter fitted. Replacement filters are bag filter A1030241 and HEPA filter A1030287, which are shared between the DustPro 250 and DustPro 400.
