Extraction unit laser fume cartridge filter 400 m³/h HD.14 - ULT LAS 0500.1-EC.1.9

Laser engraving, laser cutting and laser welding produce fume continuously, and a pure storage filter clogs quickly under that load. The LAS 0500.1-EC.1.9 is a stationary cartridge filter system with an automatically cleaned filter element. It delivers 270 m³/h at 5,000 Pa at its nominal point, with up to 400 m³/h and 20,200 Pa vacuum available.

Applications

Laser fume extraction in laser engraving, laser marking, laser welding, laser cutting, laser structuring and laser ablation. The system is designed for dry, non combustible dusts in non explosive air mixtures and its pressure reserve also suits it as a central solution for several capture points.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as one LAS 0500.1-EC.1.9 system with one ULT 02.0.002 filter cartridge, dust collection bin and SUB D9 interface. Operation requires a compressed air supply of 6 to 10 bar and ducting provided on site. ULT lists the pneumatic gate valve 0500.0-Opt.01, the terminal strip in the control cabinet 0500.0-Opt.04, the preparation for a dosing system 0500.0-Opt.05 and the hour counter 0500.0-Opt.06 as options. The connection for high pressure accessories such as the DN 50 floor cleaning set is only available on HD.14 units. Accessories: DN 125 extraction hose ULT 06.1.027 with worm drive clamp ULT 06.0.038, articulated and telescopic DN 125 extraction arms, cyclone preseparators and the NT125 DN 50 spark preseparator ULT 09.1.239 for 200 to 400 m³/h.
