Z-Line filter cassette G4 prefilter series 160 and 200 - ULT 02.1.570

In the compact extraction units of the 160 and 200 series the installation space is tight and filter area is therefore precious. The Z-Line filter cassette G4 uses Z shaped pleating to provide a large face area in a small volume and works there as the first stage ahead of the main and adsorption filters.

Why a prefilter

The upstream Z-Line filter holds back most of the incoming particles. Its special pleating provides a large volume for coarse dust, while the large filter area also separates fine dust at high raw gas flow rates. Prefilter elements stop the following H13 main filter element from clogging early. Changed at short intervals, they keep the main filter stage working for a long time.

Applications

Solder fume extraction at single workplaces and capture of light dust and process vapours in electronics manufacturing, test areas and training workshops running ULT 160 and 200 series units.
