Applications
Removing and reflowing chip components, SOT and small SOIC packages, rework on flexible circuits and shrinking small lengths of insulating sleeve during board repair.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
The handpiece uses Thermaltronics HAP series hot air nozzles, chosen separately to suit the component geometry. Supplied as the TMT-HA100 hot air handpiece. The ESD safe design supports operation inside an EPA to IEC 61340-5-1.
