Cutting machine for cutting to length
- For cutting and pre-moulding end pieces of radial pipe components of type TO220, TO218, TO126
- Process is fully automated. Each mould requires a separate tool and each transistor type requires a specific loading gripper
- The full pipe with the components is inserted into the upper guide. A pneumatic system takes care of the clamping and positioning on the work station.
- The connection wires are first clamped by the wire holder and then shaped by the sliding matrix
- Gripper group and pipe holder are included
- Production: up to 3,000 pieces / hour
