Anyone making bags from tubing or trimming the excess film on a filled bag needs seal and cut in one operation. This version of the 200 mm hand sealer carries a cutting blade right next to the sealing bar.

Features

• Cutting blade next to the seam, the excess film is trimmed directly after sealing.
• Bags can be produced from tubing, cutting to length and closing happen on the same unit.
• Seal length of 200 mm and seal width of 2 mm, polyethylene up to 2 x 0.125 mm is sealed through.
• Impulse heating without warm up time, the sealing time is set on the timer to suit the material thickness.
• Net weight of 4 kg for a firm stance on the packing bench.

Applications

Producing bags from tubing at the length required, closing filled bags and trimming the excess film, bagging small parts and accessories in dispatch.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The sealer with cutting blade is supplied as a bench unit. A worktable and a holder for tubing rolls are available as accessories. If no cut is needed, the same seal length is also offered without a blade.
