Processes such as grinding, milling, laser marking or deburring release so much dust that standard extraction clogs within weeks. The DustPro 1500 iQ answers that with a 100 litre pre-filter bag, a HEPA final stage and reverse flow filter technology, while delivering 1250 m³/h at 100 mbar.

Applications

Intended for heavy duty applications with a high particle output: grinding and polishing benches, milling and engraving machines, laser marking, deburring and blasting as well as handling stations with dry dust generation. The high pressure capability also supports longer duct runs and several capture points.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as the DustPro 1500 iQ extraction unit in the 230 V version with iQ control, pre-filter bag and HEPA stage. Extraction arms, hose sets, hoods and replacement filters are ordered separately according to process and capture point.
