Mobile dust extractor 80 m³/h at 1,900 Pa with H13 filter - ULT ASD JUMBO 2.0-BM.3.0

Dry fine dust blinds a HEPA filter quickly when nothing separates the coarse fraction first. The JUMBO Filtertrolley 2.0 ASD therefore stages three steps: a G4 Z-line filter in a disposal carton as coarse separator, an M5 filter mat in a change frame as intermediate stage and an H13 particle filter cassette as the final stage. At its nominal operating point the EC fan supplies 80 m³/h at 1,900 Pa, with up to 190 m³/h and 3,200 Pa of vacuum available.

Applications

Grinding, engraving, polishing, filling and dosing operations and restoration work. The trolley suits changing benches, tight areas and use under a bench. Clean air returns to the room in recirculation mode, so no heat is lost. Recirculation is not permitted for carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The unit ships with its filter pack fitted. ULT lists the ASD replacement filters as 4-00325 (G4 Z-line filter cassette, ten pack 4-00048), 4-00263 (change frame with M5 filter mat), 4-00229 (M5 filter mat, ten pack 4-00230) and 4-00020 (H13 particle filter cassette). An Alsident System 50 arm of 945 mm mounts directly on the unit, together with DN 50 hoses and capture elements such as a suction nozzle, slot hood, round hood or flat hood. According to the manufacturer the Ø 75 mm inlet is available only for the ACD, LAS and LRA variants. For use outside Europe there is a 100 to 120 V version rated 150 to 160 m³/h.
