Filter trolley ASD Jumbo-VF for fine dust 80 m³/h, H13 particle filter - ULT 2.0-BM.3.0

Dry fine dust blocks a HEPA filter quickly when nothing separates the coarse fraction first. The ASD Jumbo-VF filter trolley therefore stages three steps: a G4 Z-line filter cassette as coarse separator, an M5 filter mat as intermediate stage and an H13 particle filter as the final stage. Nominal flow is 80 m³/h at 1,900 Pa with a peak of 190 m³/h.

Applications

Capturing fine dust during grinding, deburring, brushing and cleaning, plus dust extraction at dosing and powder handling benches and in test or prototype areas.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as a trolley with the filter pack fitted: G4 Z-line filter cassette ULT 02.1.230, M5 filter mat ULT 02.0.236 and H13 particle filter ULT 02.0.221. All stages are storage filters replaced once saturated. The capture element and extraction arm are chosen separately to match the dust source.
