For the finest micro soldering on densely populated assemblies: the chisel-shaped JBC soldering tip C115-116 offers a working face of only 0.2 x 0.1 mm and transfers heat in a controlled way to individual pads and pins through its tiny flat edge. The heating element built into every C115 cartridge sits directly behind the tip for fast heat-up and stable temperature.
