Several hand soldering stations on one extraction unit need stable capture even when not all points are working at the same time. The ULT LRA 200.1 MD.20 K delivers 230 m³/h at 1,000 Pa, holds the vacuum constant over the whole filter service life and cleans the air through four stages up to particulate class H13 plus activated carbon.

Applications

Typical use is at hand soldering and rework stations in electronics manufacturing and repair services, at bonding and dispensing stations and at small marking systems. The three suction ports allow several workplaces to be served at once, and the LED status light shows the filter condition during operation.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The mobile unit is supplied in a RAL 7035 housing on four braked castors, with the main filter module and all filter stages listed above fitted, a European CEE 7/7 supply cable and an enclosed DN100 exhaust port. Extraction arms, funnels and hoses for DN50 or DN80 are selected separately, and all filters can be reordered as genuine ULT spare parts.
