Extraction unit LRA 200.1 MD.20 K for solder fume 230 m³/h at 1,000 Pa - ULT 0200.1-MD.20.50.6006

Several hand soldering stations on one extraction unit need stable capture even when not all points are working at the same time. The ULT LRA 200.1 MD.20 K delivers 230 m³/h at 1,000 Pa, holds the vacuum constant over the whole filter service life and cleans the air through four stages up to particulate class H13 plus activated carbon.

Applications

Typical use is at hand soldering and rework stations in electronics manufacturing and repair services, at robot soldering cells and at soldering systems on special workstations. The three suction ports allow several workplaces to be served at once. The LED status ring on the front shows the operating state, and the particulate filter loading indicator reports a nearly saturated filter in orange and a saturated filter in red.

Operating mode

The cleaned air can be returned to the workroom in recirculation mode, so no heat is lost. Recirculation is not permitted when extracting carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances. In that case the enclosed exhaust port is fitted on the outlet side and the clean gas is ducted into a central exhaust system.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The mobile unit is supplied in a sheet steel housing in RAL 7035 on castors, with the K main filter module and all filter stages listed above fitted, a 3.0 m EU CEE 7/7 supply cable, an adjustable outlet grille and a Ø 100 mm exhaust port. Country specific supply cables are available, among them Switzerland ULT 6-06056, UK ULT 6-06063 and USA ULT 6-06091.

Extraction arms, hoods and hoses are selected separately, for DN 50 for instance the antistatic hose 2 m ULT 3-00485, 3 m ULT 3-00486 or 5 m ULT 3-00487 and the bracket ULT 3-00319, for DN 80 the hoses ULT 3-00489, ULT 3-00490 and ULT 3-00491 with the bracket ULT 3-00320. The interface accepts the M12 connection cable ULT 3-00234 and the M12 on/off foot switch ULT 3-00235, and the U15 secondary filter module ULT 3-01160 can be retrofitted to filter the exhaust air. All filter stages can be reordered as genuine ULT spare parts.
