Solder fume extraction unit 400 m³/h four stage with H13 and activated carbon - ULT 0401.0-FQ.3.0

Solder fume drawn from several workplaces needs enough pressure reserve to travel long duct runs. The LRA 400 MD.17 HA14 uses a 0.7 kW medium pressure fan and sustains 400 m³/h at 2,300 Pa. Its four filter stages run from an expanded metal filter through an M5/F7 filter mat and an H13 particle filter to activated carbon, so particles and rosin vapours are captured together.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The unit ships with a complete filter set: expanded metal filter ULT 02.0.015, M5/F7 filter mat in removable frame ULT 02.1.032, H13 particle filter ULT 02.0.041 and activated carbon adsorption filter ULT 02.1.025. All stages are storage filters replaced once saturated. Extraction arms, hoses and capture elements of the 400 series are not included.
