Solder fume extraction 300 m³/h at 2,500 Pa with H13 and activated carbon - ULT 0401.0-FQ.3.0

Solder fume drawn from several workplaces needs pressure reserve for long duct runs. The LRA 400.1 MD.17 HA14 uses a 0.7 kW EC fan and holds 300 m³/h at 2,500 Pa at its nominal operating point, with up to 1,000 m³/h and 2,600 Pa vacuum available. The four filter stages run from the expanded metal prefilter through M5 and F7 filter mats and the H13 particle filter to the activated carbon bed, so particles and rosin vapours are captured together.

Applications

Hand soldering, robot soldering and automated soldering machines, including special workstations. The M12 interface at the rear handles remote on and off and reports the operating status as well as 80 and 100 percent filter loading to the machine control through volt free contacts.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The unit ships with the HA14 filter build: expanded metal prefilter acting as condensation and spark protection, M5 filter mat (ISO Coarse 85 percent to ISO 16890) and F7 filter mat (ISO ePM10 75 percent to ISO 16890) in a change frame, H13 particle filter cassette to DIN EN 1822 and an adsorption filter with a 14 kg activated carbon bed. ULT lists the replacement filters for the LRA MD.17 HA14 under 1-00198: expanded metal filter 4-00875, filter mat set M5 and F7 4-00219 (pack of ten 4-00220), change frame with filter mats 4-00867, particle filter cassette 4-00908 and adsorption filter cassette A14 4-00861. Extraction arms, hoses and capture elements in DN 80 or DN 100 and the Ø 160 mm exhaust spigot are not included.
