The high pressure LRA 300 HD.13 K therefore holds 200 m³/h at 7,500 Pa and builds up to 12,000 Pa of vacuum, filtering through expanded metal, an M5/F7 mat, an H13 particulate filter and activated carbon. The SUB D9 interface passes operating status and filter loading to the production control.

The ULT LRA 300 HD.13 K instead uses an EC turbine delivering 200 m³/h at 7,500 Pa and building vacuum up to 12,000 Pa. The filter train remains the storage filter chain of the series: expanded metal filter, M5/F7 filter mat set and an H13A combination cassette holding the H13 particulate filter and activated carbon.

Applications

Point extraction directly at the soldering tip, capture at desoldering and rework cells, extraction on laser marking systems and dispensing robots. Wherever the capture cross section is small and the pressure drop high, the high pressure version outperforms the medium pressure unit.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Delivered as an LRA 300 series extraction unit with the main filter module fully equipped. The storage filters are changed once saturated, the expanded metal filter and the M5/F7 mat set are also available individually. For sparks from grinding or cutting work ULT approves the NT125 spark arrestor ULT 3-00009 for 200 to 400 m³/h, it is intended for HD.13 units only and ships with two pipe clamps. The accessory range further covers DN 50 and DN 75 extraction hoses, the U-profiles ULT 9-00068 and ULT 9-00069 for arm mounting and the operating hours counter ULT 9-00136.
