Extraction unit LRA 300 HD.13 K for solder fume 200 m³/h at 7,500 Pa - ULT LRA 0300.0-HD.13.11.6005

Where capture happens through slim nozzles, funnels or long hose runs, the flow of a medium pressure unit collapses. The ULT LRA 300 HD.13 K instead uses a high pressure turbine delivering 200 m³/h at 7,500 Pa and building vacuum up to 12,000 Pa. The filter train remains the same four stage storage filter chain with expanded metal filter, M5/F7 filter mat, H13 particulate filter and activated carbon adsorption.

Applications

Point extraction directly at the soldering tip, capture at desoldering and rework cells, extraction on laser marking systems and dispensing robots. Wherever the capture cross section is small and the pressure drop high, the high pressure version outperforms the medium pressure unit.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Delivered as an LRA 300 series extraction unit with the main filter module fully equipped. Replacement filters are available individually as ULT 02.1.476, 02.1.474 and 02.1.421.
