ESD Kapton polyimide tape UL510 38 mm x 33 m, dissipative - WL47303

For large masking jobs on boards and housings the strip width decides the effort. This dissipative polyimide tape in 38 mm width replaces two narrow strips, stays stable up to 300 °C short term and peels off without residue after the process.

Applications

Masking wide contact areas and component groups before wave soldering, covering during conformal coating and blasting, protecting front panels, displays and rating plates during repair, and fixing thermocouples for process profiling.

Supplied as one roll, 38 mm wide and 33 m long, on a Ø 76 mm core. For bench dispensers with sufficient width. The series covers 12 mm to 75 mm plus die-cut dots.

Dissipative material for EPA areas according to IEC 61340-5-1. Flame rating per UL510.
