Components leaving an EPA need packaging that drains applied charge instead of holding it. The Permastat bag is made of dissipative polyethylene film with a typical bleeder resistance of 10^10 - 10^11 Ohm. The 150 x 225 mm format takes plug-in cards, small assemblies and accessory parts.

Application

Typical uses are internal transport of tested assemblies between two EPA areas, buffering stock on the shelf and shipping to customers who run their own EPA. The printing shows at goods-in that the pack has to be opened at an ESD workstation.
