Cutting a rubber section with ordinary scissors usually ends in a crushed edge. The 94 55 200 anvil shears draw the blade against a fixed support and therefore cut soft materials without crushing, flat material up to 40 mm wide and 7.5 mm high and round material up to 25 mm dia.
