Series production delivers whole lots of populated assemblies at once. This holder, 557 x 357 x 22 mm, takes up to 29 printed circuit boards along the long side or 19 across and is moulded from permanently volume conductive, carbon loaded polypropylene.

Application

The tray serves as lot storage at placement, test and rework benches and as an insert for in-house transport in tote boxes. Inside the EPA the conductive plastic keeps the assemblies at the potential of the grounded work surface, so no discharge travels through the components when a board is set down.
