Conductive flat PCB holder for 400 x 300 mm containers, 355 x 255 x 14 mm - Desco 237185

Assembled boards lying loose in a container rub against each other, shift in transit and pick up charge. The Desco 237185 flat PCB holder made from conductive polypropylene places each board in its own slot and drains charge with a surface resistance below 1 x 10⁵ ohms. At 355 x 255 x 14 mm it fits most 400 x 300 mm containers.

Applications

For storing and moving populated and bare PCBs in ESD containers within the plant, for example between SMT line, hand soldering, test and stores. Given its melting temperature of 80 to 90 °C it is not suitable for drying ovens or hot processes, high-temperature racks are available for those.

Surface resistance is measured per IEC 61340-2-3 and lies in the conductive range below 1 x 10⁵ ohms.
