ESD PCB holder, conductive polypropylene, 19 boards, 355 x 255 x 15 mm - Warmbier 5366.350.250.G

Boards parked between two process steps need a fixture that guides each one separately and is conductive itself. This holder takes up to 19 printed circuit boards along its long side or 13 across, and is moulded from permanently conductive, carbon loaded polypropylene.

Application

The holder works as intermediate storage at placement and test benches and as an insert for moving assemblies inside tote boxes. Within the EPA the conductive plastic keeps the board at the same potential as the grounded work surface, so no potential difference builds up while it is inserted or removed.
