Eyepiece free stereo microscope head with 3D optics, 3x to 15x - Vision MRH001

At a rework bench what counts is how long an operator lasts without tension in the neck. The Mantis ERGO is built for that as an eyepiece free stereo microscope head, the image stands free above the optics and the head stays mobile. Magnification runs from 3x for a board overview up to 15x for a single joint. Anyone who does not need image and video capture saves here compared with the camera equipped PIXO.

The decisive points

• Eyepiece free viewing with dynamic 3D optics. The operator keeps a distance from the optics, keeps wearing glasses and never has to lock the head into one position.
• Magnification from 3x to 15x through a three position objective changer. Three objectives stay fitted at the same time and are indexed at the head.
• Dynamic 3D illumination models edges and height differences, white and UV illumination is available as an option.
• A purely optical build without camera and without software, so there is nothing to configure and nothing to update on the line.
• Working distance comes from the fitted MTO objective, and the SLWD versions create room to solder underneath the head.
• Dimensions of 218 x 371 x 275 mm at 4.4 kg, identical to the PIXO mount and therefore usable on the same stands.

Compatibility

The head takes the MTO003 to MTO015 objectives for Mantis PIXO and ERGO, including the SLWD versions with long working distance. Matching items are the MTA310 protective glasses, the MTA350 epi illumination, the VERSO universal stand MTB200 with the MTB201 extension, the MTB211 base plate, the MTB220 gliding stage, the MTA330 plug in power supply and the MTA360 dust cover.
