Compact eyepiece free stereo microscope head, 3x to 8x - Vision MIH001

Not every assembly bench needs 15x and a camera. From 3x to 8x the Mantis IOTA covers the range in which subassemblies are joined, mated and sample checked, and at 196 x 324 x 271 mm and 3.2 kg it stays the smallest head in the family. The eyepiece free optics bring the same ergonomic gain as the larger models, the operator sits upright and keeps their glasses on.

• Eyepiece free viewing with dynamic 3D optics. The operator keeps a distance from the optics and never has to move the head into a fixed viewing position.
• Magnification from 3x to 8x, laid out for overview and handling rather than for the last step of detail.
• Quick change objectives from MTO103 to MTO108, so the magnification step changes without tools.
• Synchronised LED illumination matched to the optical path, lighting flat components without shadow edges.
• At 3.2 kg and 196 mm wide it is the smallest and lightest head of the Mantis family, useful on tight benches and when moving between two stations.

Compatibility

The IOTA works with the quick change objectives MTO103 at 3x, MTO104 at 4x, MTO106 at 6x and MTO108 at 8x. From the accessory range it suits the VERSO universal stand MTB200 with the MTB201 extension, the MTB211 base plate, the MTB220 gliding stage, the MTA330 plug in power supply and the MTA360 dust cover.
