Small components do not forgive a drifting tip temperature. The station supplies 300 W, the WXMPS MS iron reaches working temperature in 3 seconds and holds the setpoint within +/- 2 °C. One grip takes both tip families, RTPS for pico work and RTMS for standard sizes.
