Desoldering tip D530 for pins up to 1.1 mm, inner Ø 1.3 mm, for DT530 iron - JBC D530009

When desoldering THT parts, the gap between the lead and the cylinder decides the outcome. The D530009 works with an inner diameter of 1.3 mm and therefore accepts pins up to 1.1 mm. The remaining gap stays narrow enough for fast heat transfer and wide enough for the suction air to carry the molten solder away.

What the tip does at the board

• Inner diameter 1.3 mm, matched to pins up to 1.1 mm. The cylinder centres itself on the lead, so the tip does not have to be guided.
• Outer diameter 5 mm. The heated area stays small and closely spaced parts take no unnecessary heat.
• D530 geometry with a short path from the heating zone to the joint. The solder melts quickly and dwell time on the pad drops.
• Direct connection to the suction channel of the DT530. Removed solder collects in the container instead of the tip.
• The cylinder is kept clear with the D530 cleaning rods, so a blocked channel is freed without removing the heater.
