Description
When removing SMD parts or clearing pads, the solder has to move into the braid fast and leave no residue behind. The Chemtronics SW60-3-5 is sized at 2 mm for medium pads and through-holes and impregnated with no-clean flux.
- No post-cleaning: the no-clean flux removes the cleaning step after desoldering.
- 2 mm width: suits standard SMD pads, THT solder joints and clearing solder bridges.
- 1.5 m roll: a handy length for the repair bench and service kit.
- ESD version: intended for use inside the EPA.
Applications
PCB rework and repair, removing residual solder before re-populating, cleaning pads after removing ICs and connectors.
Related sizes
The SW60 range also comes narrower for fine-pitch pads and wider for large solder areas.
