MicroFine soldering tip conical bent 0.1 x 4.5 mm, 413 °C, for Metcal MX and CV - Oki MFTC-7CNBR4501

Under the microscope every tenth of a millimetre at the tip counts. The Oki MFTC-7CNBR4501 is a conical bent MicroFine cartridge measuring 0.1 x 4.5 mm, and its bend keeps the view of the joint clear. Tip and heater form one unit, and SmartHeat fixes the temperature at 413 °C.

Key benefits

• Tip size 0.1 x 4.5 mm, conical bent, for a clear view under the microscope.
• Fixed soldering temperature of 413 °C (700 series) through inductive SmartHeat heating.
• For most general soldering tasks under the microscope.
• Cartridge design: tip change in seconds, no calibration.

Applications

Soldering and rework of the finest SMD leads, repair of densely populated assemblies, microscope workstations.

Compatibility

For Metcal MX and CV systems with a MicroFine handpiece, according to the datasheet CV-H10-MFT and MX-H10-MFT. The MicroFine range is also available as 600 series at 357 °C and 800 series at 468 °C.
