Compact ESD soldering station 130 W, 90 to 450 °C, incl. T245 - JBC LC-2BA

A station that takes up half the workplace costs freedom of movement every day. The LCB sits at the edge of the bench on a footprint of 128 x 105 mm and still puts 130 W into the tip. That covers general electronics work, repair, prototyping and the production of assemblies.

What the station delivers

• 130 W of power on a footprint of only 128 x 105 mm, leaving room for the assembly, the microscope and the fume extraction.
• Control range 90 to 450 °C, so lead-free and leaded processes run on the same station.
• The JBC Most Efficient Soldering System transfers heat very quickly and keeps solder quality constant across the shift.
• Sleep and hibernation lower the tip temperature automatically when the tool rests, which extends tip service life.
• Integrated tip changer for a fast, safe and tool-free change of geometry.
• ESD safe according to the property table, so usable inside an EPA without extra measures.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The set contains the T245 handpiece, a cleaning sponge and the power supply. Soldering tips are not included. For the T245 the manufacturer offers more than 150 tips of the C245 range, from fine SMD geometries to versions for high heat demand.
