ESD rework station for 4 tools with T210, T245, AM120, DR560 and MSE module - JBC DMPSE-2QD

Four tools stand ready at the same time, so changing handles no longer costs heat up time. The DME control unit feeds the T210 precision handle, the T245 general purpose handle, the adjustable AM120 micro tweezers and the DR560 desoldering iron with up to 150 W peak power each. The electric MSE module clears residual solder at 85 % vacuum and 35 SLPM.

• USB-A takes firmware, graphics and profiles and connects a Dino-Lite USB microscope of models AM2011 and AM2111, USB-B goes to the PC and RJ12 drives extraction, peripherals or robots.
