In series production the question is how long a cordless tool lasts. The B.IRON Dual 500 delivers 24 W peak power per tool and manages around 500 medium sized SMD joints per battery charge, with a 60 minute recharge.

All B.IRON components comply with CE standards. The tool itself is not grounded, so the user has to be grounded in an ESD compliant way. Ambient temperature 10 to 50 °C.
