Solder fume extractor up to 1,000 m³/h, 4-stage H13 - ULT LRA 400 MD.17 HA14

Manual and robot soldering release a mixture of sticky aerosols, particles and gases from evaporating flux, solder and outgassing boards. The mobile ULT LRA 400.1 MD.17 with main filter module HA14 captures this solder fume at source, moves up to 1,000 m³/h and runs at a nominal point of 300 m³/h at 2,500 Pa. Cleaning is done in four stages, up to the H13 HEPA particle filter cassette and the activated-carbon adsorption filter.

• Below 60 dB(A) at 50 to 100 % air performance, IP54, powder-coated sheet steel housing on castors.
• Low-contamination filter change through the removable front panel and the change filter system.

Applications

Extraction and filtration of solder fume in manual soldering, robot soldering and automated soldering systems, including special workstations. The cleaned air can be returned to the room in recirculation mode, so no heat is lost. Recirculation is not permitted for carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances, in which case the optional Ø 160 mm exhaust port is fitted on the outlet side.

Accessories from the DN 80 extraction system: antistatic flexible hoses 2 m (ULT 3-00489), 3 m (ULT 3-00490) and 5 m (ULT 3-00491), each with bend, sleeve and worm drive clamps, reducer 1 x DN 80 to 2 x DN 50 (ULT 3-01319) and Alsident System 75 and System 100 extraction arms.
