ESD general purpose scissors Xcelite Micro, 8.7 mm edge, up to 0.8 mm wire - Weller 170MVN

Scissors for electronics assembly have to part stranded wire, film and heat shrink cleanly without fraying the cut. These Xcelite Micro series scissors work with bypass blades and cut soft wire up to 20 AWG, that is 0.8 mm, over a cutting edge of 8.7 mm.

Application notes

The scissors are rated for soft materials up to 0.8 mm. Harder wires belong in a side cutter with matching capacity, otherwise the blades suffer.
