Electronics end cutting nippers ESD, soft wire up to 1.4 mm dia., cutters 56 HRC, 115 mm - Knipex 64 12 115 ESD

When reworking populated boards the leads have to be cut flush and close to the board without static discharging through the tool. The 64 12 115 ESD electronics end cutting nippers have electrically dissipative handles and laser hardened edges of at least 56 HRC that cut soft wire up to 1.4 mm dia.

Assembly, rework and repair of electronic modules at ESD workstations, plus precision mechanics, laboratory work and prototyping. End cutting nippers shorten leads straight from the front, where a diagonal cutter cannot reach between the components.

Standards and conformity

The tool complies with DIN ISO 9654 and DIN EN 61 340-5 for ESD protected areas. According to the manufacturer the tool contains no substances of very high concern under REACH. The RoHS directive does not apply to this product.
