On densely populated boards the cutting head has to fit between the components without the edge giving way on hard wire. The 77 32 120 H ESD diagonal cutter has a pointed head with chamfer and carbide cutting edges soldered in, cutting hard wire up to Ø 0.6 mm.

Standards and conformity

The manufacturer states DIN ISO 9654 for diagonal cutters and DIN EN 61 340-5 for the protection of electrostatic discharge sensitive devices. According to the manufacturer the pliers contain no substances of very high concern under REACH, the RoHS directive does not apply.
