When assembling and reworking electronic boards, thin wires have to be cut close to the component and without pulling on it. The 77 41 115 electronics diagonal cutter cuts medium hard wire up to 0.8 mm dia. and soft wire up to 1.3 mm dia. and weighs only 50 g.
