In tight housings, behind panelling and between densely packed components, pliers have to grip, hold, pull and cut without the head getting in the way. The 08 25 185 needle-nose combination pliers combine the pointed jaws of snipe nose pliers with the cutting edges of combination pliers and cut hard wire up to 3.0 mm dia. as well as multi-stranded copper cable up to 25.0 mm².

All common installation and repair work, electrical and plumbing assembly, service and maintenance as well as fine assembly in control cabinets and equipment manufacturing. The 185 mm version gives more leverage on heavier wire than the 145 mm size.

Standards and conformity

The pliers comply with DIN ISO 5746. According to the manufacturer they contain no substances of very high concern under REACH, and the RoHS directive does not apply to this product.
