The 74 21 200 SB high leverage diagonal cutter is the self-service version of the 74 21 200 cutter, 200 mm long, with a head angled at 25 degrees and a black atramentized finish. According to the manufacturer the range saves around 20 percent of the effort compared with the previous model.
