The StepCut cable shears 95 12 160 cut fine-stranded copper and aluminium multi-core cables up to Ø 15 mm (50 mm²) with up to 40 % less effort than standard cable shears of the same length, and sit in comfort grips made of three ergonomic components.

Areas of use

Electrical installation, control cabinet and control system building, assembly and service work. The short 160 mm design fits the tool pouch and covers cables up to 50 mm², including confined spots and one-handed work. The shears are not suitable for steel wire or hard drawn copper conductors.

Packaging

The suffix SB marks the self-service packaging. Tool and finish are identical to version 95 12 160, but the shears are supplied on a blister card for the sales display.
