Circuit boards only stand safely in a container when they are held in a guide. The rack profile rail 156 of the Rack System 100 is the cross insert for the slotted wall pair 300 and fits the 300 x 200 mm container, so it extends an existing rack without any change to the container itself.

Application

The rail is used in board processing and handling whenever populated assemblies are stored upright in the 300 x 200 mm container or moved between production steps. Inside the ESD protected area guided storage replaces stacking by hand, leaving contact areas and components untouched. The pitch inside the rack comes from the slotted wall, while the rail itself is pushed crosswise into the slotted wall pair 300.
