The longer the wall, the more boards are staged in a single operation. At 555 mm the slotted wall 600 is the long version in the RS 180 rack system and still weighs only 0.77 kg, because its height is a low 180 mm. It is supplied reinforced and without base stop.

Application

The long wall pays off where larger lots are buffered in one go, ahead of reflow, ahead of test or ahead of final assembly. Inside the EPA every card stands individually guided, and the low height of 180 mm keeps removal short.
