RS 180 Rack Profile Rail 556 mm for 600 x 400 mm Container, Lengthwise Insert - A1-ESD EP0705199

Populated boards travel between placement, test and assembly in the 600 x 400 mm container. Left loose, components and solder sides knock against each other. This rack profile rail gives every board its own slot. It measures 556 mm overall, goes in lengthwise and rests on the 400 slotted wall of the Rack System 180.

Applications

Common inside the EPA for internal transport of populated assemblies, for buffering between two process steps and for kanban containers on the shelf. Several rails in one container form a magazine from which single boards are drawn without touching their neighbours. The range covers further rail versions for other container sizes and insert directions.
