Once a reel is opened or parts are desoldered, single SMD components are left over and need to be kept apart and protected from charge. The N1 hinged box offers an inner space of 16 x 12 x 15 mm and is made of dissipative material that lets charge drain in a controlled way through the grounded work surface. This version has a blue box with a transparent lid. The transparent lid shows the contents without opening the box, while the blue base serves as colour code for the component group.
